Berry & Sunflower Salad

Still taking exams? MORE QUEDTIONS ….. Β Here is a simple healthy study snack made with my latest obsession, Icelandic yoghurt.

Ingredients

Icelandic yoghurt
Strawberries
Raspberries
Blueberries
1 tbsp Sunflower seeds
Ginger

Directions

Place a few scoops of creamy yoghurt into a bowl. (If plain stir in honey to sweeten) .

Add a handful of berries- They will help keep you mentally sharp!

Sprinkle on the sunflower seeds- Which will help calm nerves!

To finish grate fresh ginger over the top to add a hint of spice- Ginger lowers the risk of sickness so you can stay healthy while you study!
